Unique Barbershop Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to us. It is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes things happen and you may need to change and/or cancel an appointment. As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Please understand that when you do not show or forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time to service another client. Your appointment is CONFIRMED IMMEDIATELY upon booking and that time slot has been reserved for YOU. We send you an SMS and/or email (depending on information provided at time of booking) immediately after your booking to confirm said appointment. Since the time slot and/or services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
It is your responsibility to re-schedule or cancel your appointment should you need to. You can LOGIN TO YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT to modify, change, re-schedule or cancel your appointment. In the future a Credit/Debit card may be required to book an appointment and this card will be used for any cancellation fee(s). We implement this policy to cut down on no-shows and to ensure that we have the time available when you attempt to make an online booking.
CANCELLATION FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS
** Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Appointments made within the 24 hour cancellation period and need to cancel, will automatically result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
** Multiple services not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Fifty Percent (50%) of your multiple services booked may be charged to your credit card to reserve the appointment time.
** "NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
SMS ALERTS AND REMINDER EMAIL
We send SMS text and Email Reminders (depending on information provided at time of booking) 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes without notifying salon risk having their service time released to a guest who may be waiting and a charge of 50% of the services booked. No Shows will still result in a 100% charge of all services booked.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU WHEN WE CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT
Unique Barbershop Salon stands by our policies and we feel that it is only fair that we honor the same policies to our clients. If for any reason the salon has to cancel on a client less than 24 hours of the appointment scheduled; we will honor 50% off your next service. However, if the cancellation is due to situations that are out of our control such as acts of God, power outage or other unfortunate incident that requires the salon to be closed during regular business hours, we will gladly reschedule your appointment, however the 50% discount will not apply.
